Hi, I’m Hazel — a passionate Personal Trainer dedicated to helping people achieve sustainable, lasting results.

I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from those focused on strength and fat loss to older women navigating menopause. Working closely with the older population has given me valuable insight — how we treat our bodies now shapes our future selves.

Competing in a bodybuilding show taught me the importance of muscle growth, fat loss, and intentional training. But more importantly, it reinforced that long-term sustainability always beats short-term extremes.

MY JOURNEY: FROM EXTREMES TO BALANCE

My fitness journey has been a rollercoaster — from neglecting myself after pregnancy to extreme dieting and competing in a bodybuilding show. Each chapter taught me something valuable.

After pregnancy, I put myself last, believing it was selfless. But I learned that taking care of myself was essential. When I finally shifted focus, I went to the other extreme. Competing in a bodybuilding show was a proud achievement, but I was always chasing more. I looked strong, but my mindset wasn’t.

Now, my goal is longevity — being fit for my child, creating memories through movement, and finding joy in balance. It’s not about how I look; it’s about how I live.
